HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
Ready-to-Wear merchandise purchased online can be refunded or exchanged within 10 business days of delivery receipt. Returned merchandise must be received by Ascot Chang USA LLC within 10 business days for a refund or exchange to be considered.
Items sold on discount or as part of a promotion cannot be returned for refund.
Items that have been exchanged once, cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Before sending merchandise back for refund or exchange, please email ny@ascotchang.com for return authorization with your order number.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in new condition. The receipt, packaging, and tags must accompany the returned goods. Ascot Chang USA LLC reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, if merchandise is found to have been worn, used, damaged, altered, soiled and/or stained, or if merchandise exhibits any other characteristics that would prevent it from being sold as new.
Facemasks, Leather Belts, Underwear and Hosiery (including boxers, briefs, boxer-briefs and socks) cannot be returned

Customers returning from a USA address can enjoy free return shipping once per order. Please email ny@ascotchang.com for return authorization and we will send you a digital copy of your return label. Further mailing instructions will be sent via email.
Ascot Chang USA LLC Reserves the right to refuse subsequent returns and exchanges, or to charge shipping fees to facilitate subsequent returns and exchanges.
Customers returning from an international address (ex-USA) is responsible for for return shipping fees and safety of goods until they reach us

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We thank you for your patience while we process your refund or exchange. Subject to inventory availability, we will ship out any exchanges within 2-3 business days from receipt of returned merchandise. For refunds, please kindly allow 5-10 business days for a credit to appear on your statement. You may contact us at any time for an update.
