HOW DOES ASCOT CHANG (USA) SHIP ITS ORDERS?

Orders purchased from us.ascotchang.com are shipped out of either our USA or Hong Kong locations. Depending on stock availability.

Orders placed on us.ascotchang.com can only be delivered to a domestic USA address.

Orders placed on us.ascotchang.com are shipped using a variety of services including UPS, Fedex and DHL.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

Subject to inventory availability, online orders of ready-made products will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched within the next business day.

If inventory is not readily available, online orders will require 12-15 business days to be dispatched.

Dispatch times of Bespoke, Made to Measure or Made to Order products will depend on each product. In these instances, delivery times will be quoted on the product page.

Ascot Chang USA LLC reserves the right to delay a shipment if we believe the order is fraudulent or unable to ship due to inventory issues. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned-to-shipper packages are the responsibility of the client.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After dispatching, orders normally take 3 - 8 business days to deliver by UPS, Fedex or DHL.

Please note that COVID-19 may cause unexpected delays to shipments

I DON’T SEE AN OPTION TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Ground shipping to the lower 48 states (Under $150 merchandise value order): $15
Ground shipping to the lower 48 sates ($150 and over merchandise value order): Free
